More importantly without he fear of being condemned, ridiculed or dismissed!
WE can never second guess why we are doing what we are doing; neither can we know affirmatively why we get involved with the designated people we draw to us. Suffice it to say that “things are exactly like they are supposed to be and happen for unsuspecting reasons we can’t see.” It’s all a matter of embracing what is before us, precisely as it presents itself, with no need to convert, alter,
belittle, bemoan, condemn, dismantle, modify, or eliminate the picture.
Getting our eyes off the other and onto ourselves sustains and supports our 'tree planted by the water' convictions!
As human beings, we tend to superimpose our interpretative ideas on events and relationships, expecting those who are under our scrutiny to be grateful for our disrobing them of their integrity and freedom of speech. In other words, we intend to influence, hoping to sway their opinions so that they support and uphold us.
Nothing could be more deleterious! It is impossible for us to be authentically represented IF we continually try to change the other. Forget about it! We are to embrace, accept and appreciate disguised blessings set before us in all manners of dubious ill favored costumes.
